Former editor of Captive Insurance Company Reports, and one of the originators of the Directory of Captive Insurance Companies and the former Generally Accepted Captive Standards. Still active in contract consulting and expert witness work involving captives. Elected to the European Risk Management Hall of Fame in 2000.
